  • Ideas and Tasks: The titles, descriptions, and categories of ideas you record.
  • PK Results: Scores and matrix classifications (Quick Wins, Major Projects, etc.).
  • App Preferences: Your selected language, theme settings, and onboarding status.
  • Usage Credits: Your current AI credit balance and Pro level status.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, certain information may be collected automatically by third-party services integrated into the App:

  • Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App (e.g., screens viewed, buttons clicked).
  • Diagnostics: Crash logs and performance data to help us improve the App.

2. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services that may collect, process, and share data according to their own privacy policies:

  • Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): We use AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may use device identifiers and usage data to serve personalized ads and perform diagnostics. Google's Privacy Policy.
  • In-App Purchases: Transactions are processed by the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS). We do not collect or store your financial information; only transaction tokens are used to verify your subscription or credit status.
  • AI Services: When you use the "Idea Guide" or "AI Breakdown" features, your input (e.g., keywords or idea descriptions) is sent to external AI providers (such as OpenAI, Mistral, or OpenRouter) to generate content. These prompts are shared solely for the purpose of generating the requested AI response.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

  • Provide and maintain the core functionality of the App.
  • Process and verify your in-app purchases and subscriptions.
  • Improve the App's performance and user experience through diagnostic data.
  • Display relevant advertisements to support the free version of the App.
  • Generate creative suggestions and task breakdowns via AI services.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We only share information with third parties in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: To the third-party services mentioned in Section 2 to facilitate App functionality.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Since most of your data (ideas, tasks, settings) is stored locally on your device:

  • Retention: Data remains on your device as long as the App is installed.
  • Deletion: You can delete all your local data at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's storage/cache in your device settings.
  • Cloud Backup: If you have enabled Android/iOS system-level backups, your local data may be backed up to your Google or Apple cloud account according to your system settings.

6. Children's Privacy

IdeaPK does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.
