“Last Login Time” (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and handle your information when you use our Chrome Extension.

2. Data Collection & Storage

Free Version (Default)

  • Local Storage: By default, all data (including login timestamps, usernames/emails, and domain names) is stored locally on your device using chrome.storage.local.
  • No Cloud Upload: We do not upload, collect, or view this data. It never leaves your browser.

Premium Version (Team Sync)

  • If you purchase a Premium plan and configure a Team ID, the following data will be synchronized to our cloud database (Google Firebase):
    • Team ID: To identify your team group.
    • Login Metadata: Hashed/Masked domain names, Username/Email (as entered in login fields), and timestamps.
  • Purpose: This data is stored strictly to enable the “Cross-device Sync” and “Team Collaboration” features.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data for the sole purpose of functionality:

  • To display the “Last Login: [Date]” badge next to login fields.
  • To populate the history dropdown menu for your convenience.
  • (Premium only) To sync this status across your devices or team members.

We DO NOT:

  • Sell your data to third parties.
  • Use your data for advertising or marketing.
  • Use your data for creditworthiness or lending purposes.

4. Data Security

  • All data transmission to our cloud servers is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
  • We use Google Firebase Firestore, a secure and compliant database infrastructure, to store Premium data.
  • Access to database records is strictly controlled via Team IDs and security rules.

5. Payments

We use Stripe for payment processing. We do not store or have access to your credit card details. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment transactions.

6. Your Rights (Data Deletion)

  • Free Users: Simply uninstalling the extension or clearing your browser’s “Local Storage” will permanently delete all data.
  • Premium Users: You can request the deletion of your Team’s data by contacting us or by manually deleting records via the extension interface (if implemented) or by terminating your subscription.
